I hand dye all of my products with fiber reactive Procion Dye.  This is an awesome dye that actually becomes part of the fabric, which means no bleeding or fading!

Like all new, bright colored shirts though, you will want to wash yours separately the first (and maybe second) time in cold water, especially if your shirt contains red or black dye.  After that, just wash with like colored clothing as you normally would.
